When you enter a contribution for a member with a recorded pledge, the pledged-to contribution categories and amounts are displayed for the pledge in effect on the entry date. When you enter a contribution for a non-pledging member, the contribution categories and amounts grid can be blank or display the previously recorded contribution (set in System Options). You can easily modify the displayed information to reflect the current contribution before you record the contribution.
If your congregation does not use numbered envelopes, you do not need to assign a number to each giving unit. The program can handle both contributors who are assigned envelope numbers and contributors who are not assigned envelope numbers. download Church Contribution System 4.0.
You can apply a contribution received in the current pledge year towards the contributors pledge for the next pledge year.
